Yes! Clean Plus will move your furniture free of charge and will replace it with either foam blocks or plastic tabs as needed. We ask that you remove the small items on top of your furniture. We move most furniture. There are a few items we cannot move such as china cabinets, pianos, pool tables etc.

Carpet drying depends on many factors such as humidity, temperature and air movement. It can take anywhere from 6 hours to 24 hours for your carpets to dry. Using fans, dehumidifiers, air conditioners and heat can help speed up the drying process. Please leave the protective tabs under your furniture until it’s completely dry, this protects your furniture and your carpet from staining. You may walk on your carpet if needed. Be careful when walking on your damp carpet when you walk onto an area without carpet to avoid slipping.

Residue left in carpets will cause re-soiling. We pre-treat and clean with a clear water rinse at high temperature and high vacuum pressure which removes all residue. Your carpets will be clean without residue.

We cannot guarantee that all spots or stains can be removed from your carpet. There are some items that will permanently stain carpet. We will treat all the spots and stains with the appropriate stain removal product.
